November 22nd, TOUCH Community Services’ popular Ultimate Hawker Festival will return for the 3th year! Taking place at Suntec Convention Centre Halls 401 and 402 from 11am to 5pm, the event aims to celebrate Singapore’s Hawker Heritage by gathering more than 20 chefs together for one day to volunteer culinary talents for a good cause.
This year, the event is brought to you by some of Singapore's most well-known food bloggers, MissTamChiak, TheSilverChef and SGFoodonFoot, they have hand-picked and curated the hawkers for this year's fund raising event for the needy in our society. :) So do give them some support and also to help the less fortunates ya? :)

In general, this year, the event will feature three food zones:
1.“Ultimate Original Recipe” - celebrates the heritage of pioneer generation hawkers through stalls helmed by chefs from the second, third and fourth generations of famous hawkers.
2.“Ultimate Pursuit of Happiness” - celebrates the enterprising spirit of budding chefs and hawkers by featuring individuals who left their jobs in other sectors to pursue their passion in the hawker industry.
3. “Ultimate Ingredients” - features hawkers who have added special ingredients to conventional hawker fares to create dishes that are truly a league of its own!
