Recipe: Lee Kum Kee Menu-Oriented Sauces Blogger Competition "3dishes+1soup" Part 3

Here comes the third recipe for the "3dishes+1soup" challenge!

Pan-fried Dory Fish Fillet with Onions.

Ingredients:
Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Fried Cod Fillet
2 pieces of Dory Fish Fillet, sliced
1 large onion, skinned and sliced
Wolfberry for garnishing (optional)

Method:
1. Marinate dory fish fillet with Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Fried Cod Fillet for 10 minutes.

2. Heat up 2 tbsp cooking oil and add in sliced onions.

3. Let the onions cooked until softened before adding in the marinated fish slices.

4. Stir and mix well. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.

Note that no water is needed before dory fish itself will 'release' water. However, if you like to have more gravy you can go ahead to add 1/2 cup hot water.

5. Dish and serve.

Another under 10 minutes dish. ^^

Note that if you dislike onions, you may replace it with gingers or garlic. The purpose is actually to mask the 'fishy' smell of the seafood. :)

Last dish coming up soon! Meanwhile do 'like + share' my photo tagged with #leekumkeemos and #injust30minutes Instagram and Facebook! ^^

Love,
Lirong.
