Met up with my NUS lab mates for quick catchup over dinner sometimes back at Morganfield's.
I love the design and ambience of Morganfield's. The place is huge and wide unlike some restaurants which tend to squeeze too many tables and chairs into one tiny space.
Morgan's Rib Sampl3R, $116.90++.
For this you have a choice of any 3 half-slabs of Morganfield's signature sticky bone flavours (history BBQ spare ribs, garlic BBQ spare ribs, Tuscan baked spicy spare ribs and smoked peppercorn spare ribs), grilled sausages, garden salad, grilled corn on cob, corn bread and French fries.
In the end we chose history BBQ spare ribs, garlic BBQ spare ribs and Tuscan baked spicy spare ribs for our meat, which were such duper good! The spare ribs were super tender and simply tore way from the bones when our forks sank in.
I love the corn bread too as well as the grilled sausages, which were not overly-salted.
Can you tell from our faces that we really enjoyed our dinner! Heh.
For every sharing platters it comes with a free molten chocolate lava cake, which was I swear super GOOD. You got to try it if you're here!
Overall, the experience at Morganfied was awesome. The food was really good and up to standard considering the price. Loving ambience too and I really have to compliment the service here. The waiters and waitresses were all super on their feet and always carrying a smile on their faces, which I think is lacking very much in Singapore's food industry. Cheers to Morganfield's for that! :)
