White sugar kueh

When I should be mugging for the upcoming exams, I chose to bake. :/ Super itchy hands! 

Did something simple - 白糖糕




Did 2 separate batches, somehow the first (rectangular) turned out better than the second (circular). I think I kinda over-steamed my second batch that the inner part hardens :( Well at least the first one was good. Room for improvement! 

Lesson learned: Pay attention to the time!
